  • Extended Cloud Archiving: Storage of legacy project files and document archives beyond 90 days post-permit issuance (without an active retainer)

*Standard packages include designated correction rounds as detailed above. Additional plan-check resubmission cycles required due to substantial scope changes or design alterations will be billed at our standard hourly rate. All municipal planning commission appearances, zoning board hearings, and formal pre-application conferences are excluded from flat-rate packages and are billed at $110/hour. All municipal permit, plan check, and impact fees are pass-through expenses to be paid directly by the client.
